How much will delivery cost?
Shipping costs of Tenuta Le Mandorlaie products are normally between 6€ and €20 and are calculated for you on checkout and are based on weight, size and delivery time.
We periodically offer FREE shipping with minimum order values to some countries, the countries with FREE shipping with minimum order values currently are:
- Italy €99*
- Austria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech €139*
For other countries, shipping costs will be calculated for you on checkout.
(For Islands there will be a surcharge which varies and will also be calculated at checkout)
*The FREE shipping offers and countries FREE shipping available may be changed. If FREE shipping is available, it will be shown to you as a shipping option on checkout.
How much to delivery to other countries outside of Europe?
Shipping costs will vary based to the total weight of the shipment and the total cost of shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout, some locations are not available to ship to.
Shipment of Tenuta Le Mandorlaie merchandise
Tenuta Le Mandorlaie merchandise, including t-shirts, jackets, coffee mugs and other clothing are sent from our print on demand partner closest to you. This reduces shipping costs and is a very efficient way to work.
For this reason, when purchasing these products, a separate shipping costs will apply, for example: If you are buying farm products, and farm merchandise you will see two shipping costs in your shopping cart on checkout.
Shipping times?
Shipping times are approximately 3 – 8 working days. We cannot control the delivery times of the delivery companies used.
The service is valid throughout Italy, including the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino. The Italian Islands and Calabria delivery times may increase by 1 – 2 working days, other destinations the delivery date will be advise upon your order being completed.
If you wish to use your own delivery company, contact us and we work with you on this.
Preparation times
Orders received from Monday to Friday – excluding Italian public holidays – are processed the following day or within the fourth following working day. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Wednesday. We rely on third party courier services, although we make every effort to get your shipment collected and on its way to you, sometimes courier collection is delayed.

Will I have to sign for the delivery of the parcel?
We ship our products with the main express couriers, BRT, UPS, DHL FedEx, Posteitaliano and other leading companies, on delivery the courier requests the signature of the recipient
If the courier does not find anyone at home you will be left with notice which will contain the shipment number and the courier number which allows you to contact the courier in order to arrange for a new delivery.
What time will the package be delivered?
Shipments are delivered between 8.30 and 18.00.
Is it possible to trace my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (within three working days from the day you placed your order). The email contains all the details of the shipment including: the code (tracking, a unique number that identifies your order) to track and monitor the package and the link to the specific website where you can monitor the status of the delivery.
Is it possible to request the parcel to be sent to a different address?
Yes, it is possible to choose a different delivery address from the billing address when placing an order.
The delivered goods look damaged. What should I do?
1. By signing the delivery note to the courier, you confirm that the delivered package is intact.
2. If you are not sure of the completeness or regularity of the package, for example if the box is damaged, add a comment to the delivery note when signing “received but damaged” and advise the courier, this protects you for any future dispute.
3. Take images of the damaged box, and forward to us.
4. If you are not there when the package is delivered to you, and then you see it is damaged, contact us immediately via email to [email protected] , with details and take photographs of the damage.
